How much does a website cost?
$99 a month — your first payment starts the build. That’s the whole bill: design, build, all the content, your domain, hosting, a custom email address, forms, AI-powered SEO, and your Google Business Profile. Edits and support are in there too, for as long as you’re subscribed, along with the Awning & Pixel mobile app to run it all from your pocket.
How long does it take?
About three weeks from the first call. The thing that usually slows it down is waiting on you — the details we ask for, and a yes or no on the design.
Will my site show up on Google?
That’s the whole point of it. Your site is built to load fast and to say plainly what you do and where you do it, and we set up your Google Business Profile so you turn up in the map results too. Nobody can promise you the top spot — anyone who does is selling you something.
Do I have to write all the content myself?
No. We write it — every page, every word. If you have photos or copy you want kept, we’ll use them. If you don’t, we’ll write the words and find the images.
How do I make changes?
Open the Awning & Pixel mobile app. Change your hours, your prices, your announcements — it checks every edit so you can’t break the site, and you can publish from the checkout line. Rather hand it off? Message us right in the app and we’ll make the change for you.
What about hosting and updates?
Both live inside the monthly price. Hosting is in the price — fast, secure, and never a separate bill. So are edits and support, for as long as you’re subscribed: new announcement, new price, new hours — change it in the app, or ask us and we’ll do it. One payment covers all of it.
Will my price go up?
Not for your first year — it’s fixed for the full 12 months. After that it can change, but never without 60 days’ notice and never more than once a year. If a new rate isn’t for you, you can leave.
Why a 12-month start?
Because the work is front-loaded. The design, the writing, and the build all happen in the first few weeks — the first year is how that work gets paid for. After twelve months you’re month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime.
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain is yours no matter what. After your first twelve months, cancel with 30 days’ notice and you owe nothing — we hand over the domain and a working copy of the site. Leave sooner and you settle what’s left of the build: never more than the payments you had left, and never a penalty. The full details are in the agreement you sign.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We rebuild and move existing sites, keep the pages that already bring you traffic, and redirect the rest so your search rankings come with you.
Who owns the website?
You do — the design, the words, and the domain. The domain is yours from day one, and the site is yours once your first year is done, or sooner if you settle what’s left of the build. That’s not fine print, it’s the deal.
