Signing your agreement
Read and sign your agreement with Awning & Pixel from the link we emailed you. Once everyone has signed, we email you the signed agreement.
How to sign
- Open our email and press Read and sign. The link works for 14 days.
- Read all the pages before you sign. You can download a copy to keep.
- Type your name the way it appears on the agreement. It goes on the signature page.
- Press Sign your agreement and we'll email you a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code within 10 minutes and press Finish signing.
You'll get the signed agreement by email once everyone has signed.
If something is not working
The code didn't arrive
If the email isn't there, check your spam folder or press send a new code on the signing page.
The code didn't work
A code works for 10 minutes and stops working after 5 wrong tries. Press send a new code on the signing page to get another.
If the page says it can't send any more codes for this link, email contactus@awningandpixel.com and we'll send you a new link.
“This link has expired”
A link to sign works for 14 days. Email contactus@awningandpixel.com and we'll send you a new one.
“This link was replaced”
We emailed you a newer link to sign. Use the link in our latest email, or email contactus@awningandpixel.com and we'll send you a new one.
“This link doesn't work”
Open the email we sent you and use the whole link from it. If it still doesn't work, email contactus@awningandpixel.com and we'll send you a new one.
“This agreement was canceled”
We canceled this agreement before it was signed. Email contactus@awningandpixel.com if you have questions about it.
“You already signed this”
Your signature was recorded from another tab or device.
You got a code you didn't ask for
If you didn't ask for a code, someone else may have your link to sign. Email contactus@awningandpixel.com and we'll send you a new one.
