Signing in to the app
What to do when the Awning & Pixel app's sign-in code doesn't arrive or doesn't work, when Face ID won't open the app, or when you get a new phone.
Your business email
Add your mailbox to the Gmail app, an iPhone or iPad, Apple Mail or Outlook. Change its password and fix mail that won't send or arrive.
Saving a payment method
We email you a link to save a card or bank account for your subscription. Write to us when you need to change it.
Signing your agreement
Read the agreement, type your name and finish with the 6-digit code we email you. Each link to sign works for 14 days.
